Dean's father, Bruce, was amongst pioneers in pest control in the Northern Territory back in the 1960's and 70's, so pest management runs in his blood. Working originally with his family in pest control in the late 1980's, his experience in his pest management career now spans three different companies in the tropics and sub-tropics; spanning two countries and three Australian states/territories.

Dean started Dynamic Pest Control in 2004 in Palmerston, after moving to Bakewell with a prior 15 years of education and practical skill in the pest management industry.
